We want you to love your Tire Doctor merch! If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or item, please contact us for an exchange.
